Position: Tele-Sales Executive (Lahore, Karachi)

Job Description

  • Work closely with Account Managers to achieve closure on new and existing accounts.
  • To achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to increase volume/revenue streams.
  • To identify sales opportunities and effectively present key Solution & Services, and their features & benefits to secure new business.
  • To constantly seek out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that company targets are met.
  • To provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a record of activities, figures, forecasting and any other records which may be required by the Telesales Manager in order to keep up-to date records of sales and performance.
  • To strive to provide high levels of internal and external customer care and bring to the attention of your team leader any problems that arise on an ongoing basis.
  • To always aim to achieve pre-determined personal revenue targets on allocated Verticals /territories.
  • To ensure that you have a knowledge of your own and competitor titles in order to achieve the requirements of this role.
  • Achieve quarterly targets, 20% account management, 80% new business.
  • Customer Account and Relationship Management.

Requirements

  • Graduate (BBA), Masters preferable (MBA).
  • Good knowledge of IT Services & Solutions.
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation Skills.
  • Self starter with hunger to earn money!
  • Team Player and Hard-Worker.
  • Articulate and focused.
  • Professional, confident and pro-active.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.
  • Females are preferred.

Experience

  • 6 Months - 1 Year.
